Sticker Shapes

No. We cut on a digital plotter, so there is no die to make and no shape surcharge — a circle, a square and your logo's exact outline are all the same price at the same size. What does change the price is the size, because that decides how many fit on a sheet.

Send vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) and we cut to the outer edge of the shape. If you want the cut somewhere other than the artwork edge — a border around a logo, for instance — draw it as a separate path and tell us which one is the cut line. If you only have a PNG, send it: we trace the outline free as part of the file check.

Nothing is off the table, but very thin spikes and sharp internal corners below about 3 mm come back slightly rounded, because the blade has a radius. Long thin shapes also tear more easily when peeled. We check every file for this and tell you before printing, not after.

Circles and squares are the cheapest per sticker because they tile efficiently on the sheet, and they suit seals, price marks and logo dots. Ovals suit bottle and jar fronts. A custom outline is worth the slightly higher size-for-size cost when the shape is part of the brand — a mascot, a badge, a logotype.

Yes. Each shape is a separate line priced on its own quantity, or we can put several shapes on one sticker sheet if they're going out together — send the list on WhatsApp and we'll tell you which works out cheaper.

Standard shapes are ready in 2–3 working days after artwork approval; complex custom outlines take 3–4 because they're plotted more slowly. Prices exclude 18% GST.
