Measure the booth's back wall and take about 100 mm off each side so the frame isn't fighting the neighbours' panels. 8 × 8 ft covers a standard 3 × 3 m booth; 10 × 8 ft suits a wider one. If the organiser has given you a stand plan, send it and we'll work the size out from it.

Fabric, almost always. It folds into a bag rather than needing a tube, it doesn't glare under exhibition lights, and creases fall out after an hour hanging. Vinyl is cheaper and tougher, so it wins outdoors or where something might be leaned against it.

It depends on the product — pop-up displays are quoted with their frame, backdrops can be ordered as the printed panel alone if you already have a stand. Tell us which you need; a panel bought for the wrong frame is the most common avoidable problem on this category.

Fabric graphics and pop-up frames both pack into wheeled carry bags, included. A pop-up stand is a two-person, ten-minute job to put up and needs no tools. Event tents come with their frame, stakes and a bag.

Less than you'd think — a backdrop is read from two metres away, so 100–150 DPI at final size is plenty. What matters more is that the file is the right proportion and that logos and text are vector. Send whatever you have and we'll tell you free whether it will hold up.

Printed panels are typically ready in 4–6 working days after artwork approval; anything with a frame takes 6–8. Tell us the event date before ordering and we will confirm honestly rather than let you find out late. Prices exclude 18% GST.
