Every item here is branded to order, and the setup — artwork prep, engraving jig or print screen — costs the same whether we run one piece or fifty. 10 pieces is where that setup stops dominating the unit price. Message us on WhatsApp if you genuinely need fewer and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth it.
The price shown is the rate at 10–19 pieces. From 20 pieces you get 10% off that rate, from 50 pieces 15%, and from 100 pieces 20%. It applies per product, not across the order — 60 bottles reaches the 15% tier, but 30 bottles plus 30 mugs is two lots of the 10% tier.
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) gives the cleanest result, but send whatever you have — we check every file free and redraw it at no charge if needed. You can also order first and send artwork later on WhatsApp; nothing goes into production until you approve a digital proof.
Engraved drinkware, pens and keychains typically ship in 5–7 working days after proof approval. Embroidered bags, leather diaries and assembled gift sets take 8–12 working days. Tell us your event date before ordering and we'll confirm feasibility rather than let you find out late.
