Backdrops, banners, standees and flags for exhibitions, product launches and conferences. Tell us the event date before you order and we'll say plainly whether it's achievable.
Work back from the day you need it in your hands, not the day of the event.
Panels take 4–6 working days after approval, framed displays 6–8. We would rather decline than miss your event.
Share your logo and the stand plan on WhatsApp; our team lays everything out at final size for your approval.
Leave dates and stand numbers off the backdrop and put them on a cheap standee panel — the expensive piece then lasts years.
A backdrop for the rear wall, one or two roll-up standees to flank the entrance, and a table cover. That combination covers the space without crowding it. Flags work outside the hall or along an approach, not inside a small booth where they simply block the aisle.
Printed panels need 4–6 working days after you approve artwork; anything with a frame needs 6–8. Work back from the day you need it in your hands, not the event day, and allow a day for courier. Tell us the date before you order — we would rather say no than take the job and miss it.
A roll-up standee is one narrow panel in a cassette, up in thirty seconds, and travels as one piece — right for a foyer, a stage flank or a small booth. A pop-up display is a wide curved wall that fills the back of a booth. If you only buy one thing and you attend varied events, buy the standee.
Keep the dates and the stand number off them and yes, for years. The usual mistake is printing "Booth 42" or the event name on the backdrop, which retires an expensive panel after one weekend. Put that on a cheap reprintable standee panel instead and keep the backdrop generic.
Yes — free within 5km of our shop, including to a hall on set-up day if you tell us the stand number and the access window. Venues further out in Hyderabad are charged, and outside the city we courier; for a hard event deadline we would rather send it to your office a few days early than to a venue that might refuse delivery.
Less than most people assume, because a backdrop is read from two metres. 100–150 DPI at final size is plenty. Vector logos and text matter far more than photo resolution. Send what you have and we will tell you free whether it holds up.
