Fabric Printing

Table covers, runners, fabric banners and branded event tents, dye-sublimated so the print is in the fibre rather than on it. Washable, packs into a bag, and the creases drop out on their own.

Order in 3 easy ways

However your artwork is ready, we make printing simple.

1

Measure the table

Top length, width and height to the floor. If the venue hasn't confirmed the furniture, order the loose cloth instead of a fitted cover.

2

Free design help

Share your logo and brand colours on WhatsApp and our team lays it out at final size for your approval.

3

Tell us the event date

Sublimation and stitching put fabric at 5–7 working days. We will confirm your date honestly before you order.

Frequently asked questions

Fitted stretch cover or a loose tablecloth?

A stretch cover is cut to a specific table size and pulls taut over it, so it looks sharp and nothing can be kicked loose — but it only fits that size. A loose cloth drapes over any table of roughly the right footprint and is the safer buy if you don't know what furniture the venue will give you. Most exhibitors who do a lot of events own one of each.

What table size should I order for?

Measure the top's length and width and the height to the floor. The two common Indian exhibition tables are 4 ft and 6 ft, but venues vary more than you'd expect — if you can't confirm the size in advance, order the loose cloth.

Will the creases come out?

Yes. Fabric graphics pack into a bag rather than a tube, and the fold lines relax within an hour or two of being laid out or hung. If you need it perfect immediately, a steamer on the reverse works; don't iron the printed face directly.

Is fabric better than vinyl for a banner?

Indoors, usually yes. It doesn't glare back at exhibition lighting or a camera flash, it hangs with a softer drape, and it folds instead of needing a tube. Vinyl is cheaper and tougher, so it still wins outdoors and anywhere it might get scuffed.

Can it be washed?

Cold gentle machine wash, line dry. The print is dye-sublimated into the fibre rather than sitting on top of it, so it won't crack or peel and survives repeated washing — which matters on a tablecloth that goes to a dozen events and picks up a dozen coffee rings.

How fast is delivery?

Fabric work is typically ready in 5–7 working days after artwork approval — sublimation and stitching both add time over a straight vinyl print. Tell us the event date first. Prices exclude 18% GST.
